About Me

After years as a psychologist, I became frustrated with my migraines and my search for that one medical professional would fix them. As a working mom, I gave so much time and attention to others, not knowing that that answer lay within me. I have a naturally warm, energetic and lighthearted demeanor that lends itself well to treatment of chronic pain. When I refocused my attention on educating myself on chronic pain, I was startled to realize that my pain could be addressed with psychological interventions that I now share with my clients. My mission now is to help other women experience relief from chronic pain. Outside of being of service to others in chronic pain, I am a widowed mom to two kids, so you might find me on the sidelines of a soccer game or Uber-ing children and friends to activities.
