About Me

I am a licensed psychologist providing telehealth services in California through my private practice. I specialize in working with depression, trauma, identity, and caregiver stress. I offer specific specialization in supporting those leaving high-demand religions or processing the impact of religious trauma. My approach to therapy is integrative and I hope to develop a treatment plan that is unique to each client. I utilize relational approaches, psychodynamics theory, ACT/DBT, in addition to EMDR.

Education & Experience

I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment settings. I have provided care in community mental health clinics and university counseling centers.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

In addition to seeing client in my private practice, I currently work as a staff psychologist at UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services. In my role at UCLA, I provide individual psychotherapy to students and supervise clinicians-in-training.
