About Me
I am a Florida Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has worked in the South Florida area as a Psychotherapist since 2005, is a Native Floridian, and having worked in the Tri-County area’s of Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties.
Education & Experience
I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have 17 years of experience. I have extensive experience and specializes in: PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Sexual Abuse, Suicide (Prevention, Intervention, Postvention), Substance Abuse, Co-Dependency, CISM/CISD (Critical Incidence Stress Management/Debriefing), Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety/Stress, Schizophrenia and other Psychosis, Marital/Pre-marital/Couples, and Anger Management. Additionally, she has attended and completed certification for training at The Center for Deployment Psychology headquartered at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences; which trains military and civilian Behavioral Health Professionals to provide high-quality Deployment-related Behavioral Health services to Military Personnel and their families.

I have counseled Individuals, Families, Couples, and co-facilitated Psycho-Educational Groups in Counseling Centers, Addictions Treatment Centers, Incarceration Centers, Rehabilitation Centers, Hospitals (In-Patient Units as well as Outpatient Programs), Private Homes, and Private Practice.
