About Me
I'm a queer trauma therapist, and my clients meet with me because they want to finally feel better. We'd be a good fit if you have a desire to get to the root causes of your shame and internalized negative beliefs. Your personalized treatment plan might include different types of trauma therapies - cognitive therapy, psychoeducation, parts work, and EMDR. Through our work together, I'll help you transform negative beliefs, release uncomfortable emotions, feel present in the moment, and move on.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University with a certification in Trauma-Informed Care. I’ve earned certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics and completed EMDR training through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I am licensed in the state of Ohio as an independent social worker (LISW).
