About Me

Faith takes a collaborative approach, believing that the client is the architect of their life. Safety, trust, and authenticity from both the client and the therapist are what creates the therapeutic alliance. Faith believes that meeting every client where they are in their personal journey is important, and treats every client as an individual, appreciating and valuing their unique life experiences. Faith is skilled in working with clients who have histories of attachment trauma, relationship difficulties, first generation experiences & difficulties, survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, and those experiencing grief and loss. She also has experience in treating a myriad of mental health diagnosis, some of these including anxiety, depression, ADHD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, adjustment disorders and helping navigate challenging life transitions. Faith views therapy through an existential lens, in which she believes that every client possesses the power to create meaning in their lives. It is easy to get caught up in our stories, in our past experiences, and allow them to control our present lives.
