About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™. I founded Pipit Mental Health to create a virtual space where adults can slow down, feel supported, and make sense of stress, trauma, and anxiety at a pace that feels safe. My approach is steady, collaborative, and grounded, combining practical tools with deeper insight work. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and attachment-focused approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, PTSD, grief, burnout, and life transitions.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Social Work from Saint Leo University and have six years of clinical experience supporting adults with chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and unresolved trauma. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and continue to pursue advanced training in trauma-focused and integrative therapeutic approaches. My experience includes working in group private practice and now in my own solo virtual practice across Florida.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Since 2020, I have volunteered with The Veteran’s HEAT Factory (VHF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting veterans with PTSD and their families. VHF empowers veterans to rebuild their lives through psychoeducation, community integration, and personal growth. I contribute by providing mental health guidance, supporting program development, and helping veterans navigate stress, anxiety, and trauma in a safe and structured environment.
