About Me

We all face challenges in our relationships and in our lives. While many of these challenges can be dealt with on our own, there are times when we need the professional assistance of a guide, a counselor, or a coach to help us learn the skills and tools necessary to overcome the challenges we face and move forward in life with confidence and optimism. As a professional counselor, psychotherapist, and guide, I believe in your potential for self-discovery. As you consciously make an effort to experience what makes you unique, you'll become aware of your personal power and learn to create the positive, life-altering transformations you seek! As a therapist, my role is to help you explore the underlying causes of the challenges you’re experiencing so you can create the positive, lasting change you seek. If you're ready to experience a more meaningful and rewarding life, please visit my website for more info or contact me today with any questions you have and I’ll be happy to help however I can.

Education & Experience

I'm an attachment-focused EMDR clinician and consultant at EMDRIA and I specialize in helping people work through and resolve anxiety, traumatic memories, and phobias. However, I also use a wide variety of therapy techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, including: cognitive, behavioral, and solution-focused therapies, and hypnosis.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

In addition to being a certified EMDR clinician, I am also an EMDR consultant to therapists who are working towards their certification and serve on the faculty for the Parnell Institute.
