About Me

"It's not about the fall. It's about getting up. As challenging as it may feel, you do not have to navigate through your journey alone." I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT). Prior to becoming a therapist I had the unique privilege and honor of serving in the United States Army for over 15 years. I am also a combat veteran. I have learned a great deal from my clients and I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with those who have allowed me to join them on their journey. Therapy, to me, is a partnership. An exchange of ideas, and feelings, and a collaboration to achieve desired outcomes. We can discuss ways to problem solve, explore coping skills that are beneficial to you, and process your unique situation with techniques that are introduced during the therapy session. My goal is to provide you with a space that feels safe and comfortable. I can offer you support that will allow you the opportunity to process, learn, and grow from the challenges that have impacted your life. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
