About Me

Do you feel helpless and alone? Do you have a feeling of dread or threat of danger, even though you know it isn't there? Do you have negative beliefs about yourself that get in the way of your potential? We can work together to find the route cause and alleviate the your symptoms. I work with adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD. I specialize in EMDR. I believe that certain shaming experiences in early childhood, lead to negative beliefs about ourselves that cause depression and anxiety. We can, however change these negative beliefs to positive ones and find your inner strength from surviving your trauma. Clients have told me that talking to me feels like talking to a compassionate friend who is professional and allows them to grow therapeutically. We will work on understanding what is happening in your body when you feel fear and anxiety and you will learn techniques to calm yourself down and stay in the moment. I offer a safe place for you to explore your emotions. Our goal is for you to feel hope, freedom and identify what you need in your life to thrive.
