About Me
Hello, my name is Iffy and I believe making the decision to come to therapy is a hopeful action. I strive to provide a safe and validating environment for you to experience and understand the difficult emotions that often come up in therapy and in life. At the same time, I relate in a genuine and honest manner, and will often use humor in sessions. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with you to better understand your current struggles and what is getting in the way of you living the life you'd like to be living. You are the expert on yourself, your values, and your emotional experiences. My job is to help you find new ways of solving old problems and overcome barriers that stand in the way of your moving forward towards your hopes and living in line with your values.
