About Me

I help highly intelligent over-achievers trade their anxiety and stress for confidence without feeling like a failure. My clients struggle like you do. Despite being smart, successful, and funnier than a viral meme, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel trapped by their image. People think of them as organized and successful, but under the surface, they feel like a hot mess. They keep looking at their overloaded schedule trying to figure out how to balance everything — but everything on it is important and urgent. So they work harder and work more hours. Even when surrounded by people, they feel lonely and isolated. When they stop to think about their most important relationships, they don’t really feel valued as a person. Their drive to be successful gets in the way of the life they want to live in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of partner and parent they want to be. And the joy they once felt at work is rapidly fading.  Before they came to see me, they were over-thinking everything. They worried that their relationships were only surface deep. And they were pretty certain the same traits that made them successful were making them miserable. Feeling like a failure was making them feel paralyzed. Like my clients, you deserve to feel like you can relax and enjoy life. Meaningful relationships are not out of your reach. If you want to feel on the inside the same way you present yourself on the outside, I’d love to help you get there. Call now. You don’t have to suffer. I can help.
