About Me

Jackie Kono is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her orientation is holistic, psychodynamic and existential using Attachment Focused EMDR, Polyvagal Theory and other somatic approaches to address underlying / root causes to current symptoms and triggers. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor and Certified EFT practitioner. As a holistic therapist and through an intuitive and integrative approach, Jackie will help you tap into the wisdom of your own body’s communication system while creating a sacred space for understanding why these symptoms might appear. She has worked with children ages 10 and up in addition to adults experiencing anxiety, self esteem issues, depression, codependency, grief, PTSD and other trauma. She also works with clients interested in stopping generational patterns of codependency and other trauma in addition to children and adults who are highly sensitive. Jackie also uses an intuitive and energetic approach to healing.
