This includes trauma related issues of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, addiction as well as somatic symptomology. I incorporate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga in my practice. I have extensive experience working with clients grappling with complex trauma.
