About Me
My first work in the field was with men re-entering their communities from prison. Since that time I have consistently seen how trauma profoundly impacts a sense of wholeness, and limits a persons ability to fully function. I have worked in private practice and in agencies for decades. I was the first social worker in Michigan that was embedded in a police department. I learned exactly how things can go wrong in someone's life, and how our system shortchanges those in need. My training in both Gestalt and EMDR has allowed me to find pathways for clients to become their best and most content selves. I have a passion to help people who have suffered find their best source of healing.
