About Me

I am a somatic attachment focused EMDR Certified therapist. I have a passion for guiding individuals towards their optimal level of functioning by identifying core beliefs that lead to problematic behaviors & thought patterns. I specialize in working with adult individuals. My ideal clients are those that have had difficult experiences in their past that may be getting in the way of their relationships or well-being in the present. I am trained to assist individuals with ongoing traumatic stress as well as those negatively impacted by recent traumatic incidents. I work well with sensitive, high achieving adults by guiding individuals through their pain and getting to the other side. I have many tools to get you unstuck so that you are able to live the life that you want.
