About Me
I believe mental wellness requires a holistic approach with psychotherapy being a major piece in helping achieve one’s full potential. I encourage open dialogue throughout the process between myself and my clients, so I can customize the treatment to best meet individual needs. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, attempting to emotionally meet one where he/she/they are on their life journey, while providing unconditional positive regard, validation and genuineness to create a safe and secure space. I strive to balance both compassionate support and directive feedback to help achieve one's goals.
Education & Experience
I am a clinical social worker specializing in individual psychotherapy with adults with an emphasis on trauma informed care. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings. I graduated from Tulane University’s School of Social Work in 2011 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a certificate in Disaster Mental Health.
