About Me
I am experienced providing EMDR therapy for children and adolescents, and within the family therapy setting. I am trained in adoption competency, and am a trained sleep-coach. I have over 15 years experience working with youth and families in the foster-care system and experiencing adoption. I enjoy incorporating sand-play, experiential play, narrative approaches, and expressive arts in therapy.
