About Me

Jennifer has been serving in the mental health field for over a decade and is currently seeing teens and adults in-person and via telehealth. Her passion in the field is helping people from all walks of life understand the impact of trauma on neurobiology and neurodevelopment. EMDR is a masterful and multifaceted treatment that is adaptable for most, if not all persons. Jennifer's goal is to help her clients feel empowered, build or recover a strong sense of identity, and feel more in control while reducing uncomfortable feelings, intrusive/negative thinking, and physiological sensations.
