About Me

Hello and welcome to this next step in your journey! My name is Jennifer and I am an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist in the state of Arizona. I appreciate your willingness in making yourself and your mental health a priority. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years and am passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life specifically children, teens, and adults. I am committed to helping people work through their trauma or life experiences in an effort to help you become the best version of you. I am a firm believer that although our past experiences may have shaped who we are, they do not define who we are. I do not possess any magic powers, just the ability to offer support and guidance. In my practice I use a wide range of therapeutic modalities to fit YOUR unique needs. The therapeutic relationship is by far the most important factor to consider when measuring the effectiveness of therapeutic outcomes. If for whatever reason I am not the best fit for you, I am happy to assist in finding a therapist that is better suited for you. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and SandTray level II and trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavioral therapy), and BSFT (Brief Solution Focused Therapy) to name a few. Your body and mind possess the ability to heal and grow, I'm just here to help guide you through this process.
