About Me
My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit as it is vital for individuals to fully heal. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and work primarily with adults suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression. However, I am experienced working with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and diagnosis. I am a trauma focused practitioner and I always strive to have an honest, nonjudgmental, approach to counseling. It has been my calling to help others be the best versions of themselves, by working collaboratively with them, setting goals, and finding the best approaches to achieve them. My therapeutic environment is one based on trust and mutual respect in order to foster healing.
Education & Experience
My Doctorate is in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior and my Masters is in Mental health counseling. I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist.
