About Me
I provide EMDR primarily, and can draw from my eclectic training to fit your needs. My approach is relational, collaborative, and creative. Together we can build an authentic connection and create a space where change can emerge. Whether it’s distress from a relationship, life transitions, obstacles with artistic endeavors, or patterns of behavior and thought that are causing adversity in your life, psychotherapy can offer relief and a chance for personal growth. I’ve worked with adults with a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and loss. I’ve helped people process their difficult relationships with parents in childhood. I've supported people as they've grown more assertive and more true to themselves. I have advanced training from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP). My professional experience also includes working with those with chronic pain, and I honor the powerful link between the mind and body. I welcome clients of any race, gender, ethnicity, class, sexuality, lifestyle or religion.
