About Me

You help others all day, and you're ready to make changes by doing EMDR to get you unstuck so the past will just be a distant memory that no longer controls you. I've worked in prison for four years, as well as been a 1st responder with the military and Child Welfare. EMDR changed my life, and it will yours too, if you're ready to get honest and do the work! My husband is a veteran, and I understand the "sheep dog" life style, I'm also FOID card friendly and keeping you safe is a priority 1st before we do the work. I care, there is nothing I haven't heard and don't take myself too seriously. My favorite clients are stressed out Christian women who don't feel good enough, need to be responsible or in control. Also, the helpers, also known as the tough guys who are called angry, and they're ready to do the work to stop bottling up events and emotions that suck. My plan: get you motivated and teach you solutions of EMDR and self care and life balance. Once the work is done, I work with couples with a trauma/anxiety/depression history that want to rebuild their relationships. EMDR and Couples work will change your life, but it is not for those who just want to say they tried but have no intention to make changes.
