About Me
Our brain and body can protect us from danger, but when the pain becomes too much for us to handle, we can often feel stuck and unable to move forward. When we are struggling more than we can cope, it is easy to feel isolated, powerless, and hopeless. You don’t have to do it alone. I will hold and provide a safe space for you, and together, we will honour all parts of you and determine your unique path to healing. While healing looks different for everybody, it is my goal to assist you in embracing your true self. I currently provide individual counseling for people who are experiencing trauma, grief, attachment issues, life transitions, systemic oppression and other challenges related to mental health. To better support you, I draw on eclectic therapeutic approaches including EMDR, ACT, DBT-informed, Narrative Therapy, among others. I strongly believe that you are the expert in your own life and will work with what approach works best for you. I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to help you determine if I’m the best fit for your needs. You may reach me at hello@gctlondon.com.
