About Me

My counseling style is collaborative, supportive, and transparent. I believe that when people are provided with a genuinely safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space to self-explore, we gain awareness, process difficulties, and substantially improve the quality of our lives. I invite you to begin this journey of healing and transformation. I have an eclectic skill set that I can personalize to meet your treatment needs. Together, we can explore life balance issues such as, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, life transitions, trauma, and/or coping with a family conflict. I utilize various modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. For individuals, I also utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology. For couples, I utilize strategies from Gottman Method. I believe in person-centered treatment, tailoring treatment to meet each client's needs. My goal is to help people live their best lives. I believe it is important to meet you right where you are in this moment. Together, we can begin to identify your personal goals, achieve these goals, and sustain them long-term.
