Hello & Welcome, For three decades I've been dedicated to supporting individuals like you on their healing journeys. In my practice, I guide rather than lead, offering a gentle presence as you explore self-discovery and healing. I am curious about how you see the world, what matters to you, and how you are physically, mentally, and spiritually. I offer compassionate support to assist you in rediscovering your innate wisdom by weaving ancient healing traditions with modern psychotherapy practices and modalities. These include, but are not limited to, transpersonal psychotherapy, dreamwork, somatic therapy, EMDR, eco-psychotherapy, expressive therapies, body and breath work, and psychedelic preparation and integration. I also facilitate retreats and dream groups, both in person and online.
