About Me

Are you going through some challenging situation right now that seems to knock you off balance? Do you have intrusive thoughts and relive the past as if it were happening right now? Do you have distressful childhood experiences that you want to address? When you are struggling with something that you can’t seem to change, it is so important to get help, so you can feel better quickly. I have many skills to offer clients that can help them navigate these difficult periods, gain clarity, and heal from past traumas. I want to help you work through emotional obstacles that prohibit you from regaining the strength to reach your goals. I specialize in the treatment of psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I have specific training in EMDR, which helps process and heal the negative effects of traumatic experiences. I am also experienced in helping Asian immigrants who have a history of trauma and relationship isisues. My communication style is calm, nonjudgmental, and personable. I want you to feel heard right away. If you feel like you need support and relief from some of the difficulties you are currently facing, please give me a call.
