About Me

As a therapist, it is an honor to join my clients in their journey toward healing and growth. I generally take a psychodynamic approach to therapy, meaning that I like to help clients examine what drives their thoughts, behavior, and emotional experience. I have found EMDR to be a powerful tool for those seeking to heal from past difficult events, relationships, or situations that are still impacting them today.

Education & Experience

BS-Education from Baylor University (2009), MS-Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin (2013) // My professional experience includes working with attachment between parents and children, maternal mental health, trauma, anxiety and depression, and families of children with special needs.
