About Me

Therapy is an incredibly personal undertaking – you need to find the correct therapist for you. So, let’s get to know each other. I’ve been helping people overcome their inner struggles and live the life they want through non-judgmental, collaborative therapy for the last 15 years. I have extensive experience working with teenagers and adults, both individually and in family/couples therapy. My areas of focus include relationship issues, parenting, communication skills, self-esteem, empowerment, assertiveness, mood regulation, trauma, and conflict resolution.

Education & Experience

My professional history includes ten years of working in the community mental health setting and five years in the public school system working with children, adolescents, and families in distress. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from CSUF, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California (USC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC) from the California State University of Long Beach.
