About Me

I offer a holistic, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to counselling for children and teens working on healing from anxiety, OCD, trauma, and grief. I generally see teens who have had a hard time accessing counselling elsewhere and who are stable enough to do well with individual outpatient counselling. If another service offered elsewhere is a better fit (e.g., family counselling, anger management, or dialectical behaviour therapy), we'll let you know and give you the information to contact the right people. The email address linked to this profile will connect you with our lovely clinic manager. Our waitlist varies but we'll do our best to let you know what to expect when you connect.

Education & Experience

Child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship (offered jointly through Medical Psychiatry Alliance, Sick Kids Hospital, University of Toronto); training in CBT, ACT, EMDR, schema therapy
