About Me

I have over 23 years of experience working with all ages and all kinds of emotional challenges. Some of the most common are relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Mental health issues occur because of genetics, difficult life experiences, and the way we interpret life--and often it's a combination of all three. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) which has proven to significantly reduce disturbance caused by big and small traumas. I also use ACT, CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) that help people with critical coping strategies that will help you prepare for trauma work, or for whatever lies ahead for you. I've been married many years and have 6 children. I enjoy helping people from any background, belief, religion, sexual orientation, or perspective.

Education & Experience

Twenty-three years providing therapy to all ages. Experience at providing trauma work, and most mental health concerns.
