About Me

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanguard University and a Master of Science in Counseling at Hope International University. Helping others runs in my family and has always been a passion of mine. Prior to undergrad, I obtained a Drug and Alcohol Studies Certificate, from Saddleback College, in 2013. Working with addiction and co-occurring mental health diagnoses has deepened my passion in the helping field. I have worked with clients of all ages and developmental stages. My additional passions are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. I predominantly offer EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic approaches. My priority is to provide a warm and empathetic space for my clients to be seen and heard, free from judgment. Together, let's guide you in deepening your inner strength, and heal from within. On my personal time, I love to go to the beach, surf, snowboard, hike, take Lexi on walks, and hang with family and friends.
