About Me
I work with adults, seniors, children and families. If you (or a loved one) are feeling depressed, anxious, or have sleep disturbances, low self-esteem, relationship issues or are in crisis, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which to explore self-defeating patterns or incoherent beliefs to help you to restore harmony to your life. Frequently small changes can have a big impact! I love to be outside – running, hiking, bicycling, kayaking, swimming, camping and gardening. I am originally from New England, lived in Hawaii for 15 years and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2007.

Graduate degree (LCSW) in Social Work, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and Bachelors in Philosophy, University of Hawaii at Manoa.
