About Me

I am an LCSW based out of Austin, TX. I specialize in working with adults and older teens (16+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, phobias, life transitions and family of origin issues. Working for over 14 years in the field of mental health has rewarded me with the opportunity to help individuals from all walks of life to feel safe, to overcome challenges and to seize their lives as their own. I consider it a profound personal honor to join you on your path to discovery, recovery and growth. I have been providing virtual therapy since 2020, engaging in a uniquely conversational approach to counseling. I have a big personality, so my light shines through!
