About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am committed to providing trauma informed, compassionate care in a safe and respectful environment. I help my clients clarify what is causing their suffering and then guide and support them to heal and reach their goals. As an experienced DBT and EMDR therapist, I consider the whole person, mind, body and soul, and I utilize evidence-based therapies to meet my clients’ individual needs.
Education & Experience
Undergraduate education in Psychology at University of Colorado, Boulder. Master's in Clinical Psychology, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. Completed EMDR basic training with EMDR Professional Training and continuing now toward certification. Foundationally trained in DBT. Over 30 years experience in the field of Mindfulness .
