About Me

Hi, I’m Keesha Clark. I provide culturally affirming, body-based, and trauma-focused care for Black women, mothers, and birthing parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression—especially as they relate to identity, generational stress, systemic pressures, and the emotional and physical transitions of motherhood.

My work integrates EMDR and somatic approaches with talk therapy to support healing not just in the mind, but in the body—helping you reconnect with yourself, feel safer in your nervous system, and reduce the intensity of distressing thoughts and emotions.

My approach is warm, relational, and honest. I offer a non-judgmental space where your lived experiences are honored, your pain is met with compassion, and your strength is recognized. Together, we work toward restoring balance, cultivating empowerment, and helping you feel more grounded, supported, and whole during this season of your life.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach (2016) and have over a decade of experience supporting women and children through trauma-informed care. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with advanced training in somatic-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing (Intermediate level). My clinical background also includes certification as a Financial Social Worker and specialized training in narcissistic abuse. My work integrates EMDR, somatic awareness, and relational healing to support clients in addressing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and empowerment.
