About Me

I specialize in working with people with trauma, whether from an incident or complex trauma that has evolved over years of abuse and/or neglect. I also work with people dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and work-related concerns. My counseling philosophy is about helping you develop understanding of yourself and how life's events have effected you to help you to take action to grow, feel fulfilled, and minimize things that get in your way. I offer compassion, candor, and a real-world approach to partner with you to work through your issues and reach your goals. Please contact to see if I would be a good fit for you.
