About Me

Kerry Whiteley, LMHC practices in Gulf Breeze, FL. She graduated from Troy University. She specializes in mindfulness, somatic and EMDR therapy with individuals. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, she works with clients to heal old wounds, learn new ways of thinking, process traumatic events, and practice new skills. Kerry believes in the resiliency of the human spirit and the power to overcome even the most difficult circumstances. It takes an act of bravery to begin the journey of healing and it is my honor and privilege to assist and witness that process with you.
