About Me
I am a Registered Psychologist with considerable experience providing mental health services. I have a passion for working with adults to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss. I have specialized training targeted to help support you with these challenges including EMDR, Sensorimotor Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach is relationship focused to offer you safe and supported treatment involving genuineness, empathy, warmth, humor, and acceptance. I see my role as therapist is to walk beside you, helping to clear a path for you to discover your needs and goals. We will work together to nurture your inner wisdom and skills, while also building new ways to cope. I believe you are survivor, and that thriving beyond surviving is possible.
