About Me
I enjoy working with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and veterans. I am a former elementary and middle school teacher. I was also a military spouse for 15 years and completed an internship at the Warrior Transition Battalion at Fort Carson, CO. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, riding horses, and making pottery.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Former community mental health therapist. I was also a volunteer for CAUSE, where I provided Reiki services to wounded warriors and their spouses/caregivers. I assisted with developing and running a support group for Active Duty/Veterans/Family Member with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
