About Me

I am an Orlando, Florida based therapist who supports adults, teens, and pre‑teens navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic stress, burnout, relationship or parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Above all else, my goal is to create a relaxed, warm, and safe space where clients feel accepted just as they are—while also supporting meaningful steps toward growth and healing.

Education & Experience

I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in 2007 and have a background in private practice as well as 21 years of experience in Orange County Public Schools, where I served in a range of roles, including several years as a school principal, and most recently as Director of Mental Health Services. I bring a trauma‑informed, compassionate approach grounded in real‑world experience with stress, trauma, and life transitions.
