About Me
I am a graduate of Richmont Graduate University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in trauma therapy. I have worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including women's inpatient and residential units for trauma and co-occurring disorders and a recovery home for women recovering from sexual exploitation and addiction. I am now in private practice where I specialize in treating individuals 25 and older who face issues with anxiety, depression, life transitions, spirituality, trauma, and women's issues. I utilize polyvagal and attachment theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic interventions in session.
