About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), certified by the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy since 2013 and Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor since 2017. I am also an EMDRIA Certified Therapist through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA). I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at the University of Northern Iowa and my Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University- Twin Cities. I have years of experience integrating crystal healing, essential oils, sound healing, and intuition into my practice as a therapist. My formal professional mental health training paired with my training and experience in holistic practices allows for understanding and integration of holistic practices to better your overall mental health by releasing what no longer serves you and embracing your true self.
