About Me

Krystle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Independent Clinical Supervisor and Director of Connections Counseling. Krystle brings a vast experience working with people experiencing a wide range of symptoms and focuses treatment on the root of these symptoms. As a culturally humble therapist, Krystle seeks to understand and not-pathologize the human experience . She believes it is within the context of a person-to-person connection that each client experiences growth. Krystle is an EMDRIA trained and active EMDR practitioner who believes our wounds, if given the space and opportunity of healing, can assist in us becoming the best version of ourselves.
