About Me
In 2021, I gave EMDR a try as a client after being skeptical and judgmental of the modality for over a decade. I was first a consumer of therapy and benefited greatly from the profound power of being seen, heard and supported. I have always been a believer as it was a core part of saving my life. Being apart of clients healing journey is a privilege and requires the therapist to do their own work. Outside of being a therapist for 20+ years, I am a mom of 2 stupendous teenage boys and 2 frisky canines), a partner (wife) of 20+ years, a student of Zen, a lover of nature and deep conversations.
