About Me
I'm a licensed clinical social worker currently providing therapy in Illinois (in person and virtual, located in Chicago) and Indiana (virtual only). I believe therapy is inherently relational, and strive to create a space for big feelings and brave conversations. I use EMDR to work with folks that have complex trauma, chronic illness and pain, and a variety of concerns around dissociation. I've done a lot of trainings around working with folks with dissociation and chronic pain/illness, but I've learned the most from folks with those lived experiences.
Education & Experience
Master of Social Work (MSW) - Loyola University Chicago - 2017 Bachelor of English/Drama* (BA) - University of Virginia *yes, I'm a former theatre kid, but they literally called the major "drama" at my university I've been at my current practice fr 2 years, and prior to that worked in community mental health and on an assertive community treatment (ACT) team with folks experiencing complex medical and mental health issues.
