About Me
While I work with a wide range of clients, I specialize in helping individuals healing from trauma, loss, and anxiety. I enjoy supporting individuals adjusting to new life changes, those seeking to learn new coping skills, and womxn striving to empower themselves and their community. Helping individuals and communities heal from the detrimental effects of trauma is my passion, and I work to create a safe space where we can learn to hold hope together and build on your existing strengths and resilience. My practice philosophy is integrative, holistic, person-centered, feminist, and focused on empowering you.
