About Me

Hey, you. About time we connected! Are you ready to step into your most authentic and aligned self– Let's do this! I work with clients who have gone through challenging experiences, but stand back up after every hardship. I typically align with clients who want to heal from past experiences and move forward with purpose and intentionality. I am a soul-filled and energetic light-worker who is on a mission. With a trauma-focused perspective and excelling at reminding clients of their authentic worth, I am a therapist unlike the rest. I will hold the metaphorical mirror up to you and help you gain insight and awareness into the consciousness within. I challenge you to step out of your own way and say "yes" to the highest and healthiest version of yourself. You can do this. I am very excited to be a part of your journey and am already rooting you on. Woohoo!

Education & Experience

I attended Kent State University and obtained my Bachelors in Psychology in 2015. I returned back to school and obtained my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron in 2020. Since then, I have worked in the community mental health and private practice settings. In addition to growing into my identity as a therapist, my journey also led me to becoming a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. These experiences have impacted the perspective I have on therapeutic work and holistic health. While I utilize EMDR as a primary therapeutic modality, I also incorporate elements of Jungian Therapy, Energy Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
