About Me

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I identify as queer and am a survivor of breast cancer. When not working, I am often in or near a river, hiking with my animals, reading about quantum physics, attempting to grow the perfect tomato, or taking bad pictures of my cats. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over eight years of experience treating clients with a wide range of symptoms and life experiences. I primarily utilize EMDR and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support people as they heal from trauma and build meaningful lives.

Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley, 2016 Senior Supervising Clinician at Tenderloin Outpatient Clinic/Hyde Street Community Services, 2015-2022 ACT and EMDR trained
