About Me
I believe that healing or growth happens within the context of relationships. In therapy, I focus on age-appropriate activities designed to holistically help people overcome difficulties, develop resiliency and cultivate strengths. My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic psychology meaning it is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and genuine. I practice from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and systems orientation. I am experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan and have a special interest in working with children and adolescents; working towards my Registered Play Therapist credential.
