Linda Nesbitt, MSW, LCSW

About Me

We all experience challenges in our lives and can benefit from extra support at times. For 30 years I’ve been assisting my clients in their personal development and healing process, along with improving relationships. I specialize in trauma recovery and life transitions, along with Somatic Experiencing (SE), body-centered integration and mindfulness practices. I completed the EMDR Advanced Training and have 25 years experience as an EMDR provider. I continue to use EMDR virtually daily in my practice with a wide variety of clients and issues—it’s an incredibly effective therapeutic tool. I also have 15 years experience providing perinatal treatment and support, along with completing the certification training through Postpartum Support International.
